Meet Frank HylaFrank Hyla is the host of "Time on the Water" which airs locally on Comcast Chicago Sports Net. He is a lifetime resident of the Chicago area and has been an outdoor writer and television host for twenty years. Frank has had the honor to be sponsored by National companies like Shimano, Gamma, Triton Boats, Minn Kota, Humminbird, Terminator, and Riverview Marine. He also serves as the tournament director for the Illinois Bass Federation Nation. While Frank enjoys fishing for all species of fish Bass fishing has become his passion. Frank has tournament fished since the early 1980s and has won state championships in both Illinois and Wisconsin and won regional and National tournaments including the FLW Tour. Frank now dedicates his time in both filming and lecturing to helping anglers of the Midwest become more successful when fishing lakes close to home. |
